Alleys educational background started at Brock University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology in 2012. Alley then went on to complete her diploma in massage therapy at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto in 2014.

After taking a year off to work at a sports clinic, she started the 5 year program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto and graduated in 2021 after completing her thesis on TMJ range of motion and the treatment of TMD.
