Cancellation Policy: Please be mindful with any cancellations that you need to make. We understand life happens, but please be mindful of our practitioner’s time. We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation. Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you and that is very important to us :).
As such, we process the full amount for a missed treatment or late cancellation. Do please note that if you do need to cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours, you will need to call the clinic at 780.570.8480, email info@pihealth.ca or email clientcare@pihealth.ca, as our booking system does not allow cancellations online within this timeframe. Otherwise you can cancel or reschedule an appointment through your PIH client profile.
